The refrain continues: inventory is low and buyer interest is high – despite the constraints put on buyers and sellers by the Coronavirus pandemic. So as government officials loosen up restrictions on movement and gatherings, we're starting to see more open houses being scheduled and even more competition generated by buyers comfortable getting out of their homes.

As a reminder, I and my team will continue to use masks and gloves and provide no-touch in-person and virtual showings to clients near and remote. We'll provide masks and gloves for anyone needing them. Safety in these circumstances is our goal.
